Co-op Asks Members to Review Unclaimed Capital Credit List. December 6, 2022 at 7 a.m. By Flathead Electric Cooperative. Flathead Electric Cooperative (FEC) Trustees recently retired $8 million dollars in capital credits to active members, largely via credits on November/December electric bills.
